The China Madrid agency, through The Mushroom Company, proposed to Marta Zafra, Pedro Veloso, Julio Falagán and Conspiracy Studio the idea of reinterpreting four iconic paintings through digital illustration from a hypothetical future, to show the effects that a mere 1.5º increase in global temperature could have.

In my case when facing the project, I remembered the stunning images that came from Murcia that same year, and I tried to answer the question: What would have happened if Sorolla, instead of portraying the Valencian beaches of his time, had seen the Mar Menor in October 2019?
